CANCELLATION POLICY
To hold your booking, please make a $100 deposit. The day before your scheduled tour, please pay the remainder of the invoice in full.
You WILL receive a full refund if:
- You call Nature Trails Kayaking at 361-442-0628 to cancel 24 hours in advance of your tour.
- Nature Trails Kayaking is forced to cancel due to weather (winds over 25 mph or lightening/thunder is present).
You will NOT receive a refund if:
- You do not show up for the tour or
- You fail to cancel 24 hours in advance of the tour start time.
